Manchester Derby Table Football Style

The real Manchester derby may have ended in a 0-0 stalemate at the City of Manchester Stadium which may have geared up the lads for quite a scoreline. According to Rio Ferdinand, United won the match by 10 goals but they could not keep a clean sheet as the City boys put 3 goals past United.
James Milner, Adam Johnson, Rio Ferdinand, Javier "Chicharito" Hernandez, Darron Gibson and Tinchy Styder all played table football to mark the opening of Nike's first "football only" store in the world on Market Street in Manchester.

Why is Adam Johnson pouting his mouth?
Why Tinchy Styder?? Sean Wright-Phillips was too busy apparently so they went for his lookalike.

United Fans Vandalize Nike Banner At Manchester Nike Store

Wayne Rooney gets a wake up call from fans saying that if he'd join City - a very likely possibility if he wants to do a Tevez and get extra cash- he will be dead. The words are being taken more literally than figuratively and should be if Rooney does change his allegiance to the blue half of Manchester.

Mark my words. If he does go to Citeh, he will never be safe for his entire life. Make sure you're kid is home schooled. Kids are mean these days.

Having said that, I don't think this is a threat. Maybe its just a statement of fact. Whatever the meaning of the context, one should not resort to murder.

Mancini And Tevez Clash

Roberto Mancini and Carlos Tevez were involved in a very filthy war of words during the half time break at Eastlands against Newcastle United.

World According to the Sun, Tevez swung his arms at Mancini, while the latter was heard screaming: "Go **** your mother".

It is believed that Mancini was furious at his team's performance on Sunday, but Tevez began to complain that the side was not set up properly and were playing too defensively.

The pair then argued vociferously, with players and coaching staff stepping in to calm the situation, before Mancini left the changing room for his office close by to the players' tunnel.

The two however did clear the air, and shook hands after the 26-year-old was subbed. Tevez had previously publicly criticized Mancini's training methods, and the decision to allow Craig Bellamy to be loaned to Cardiff City in August.

"Blue Moon Rising" Premiere

Manchester City rolled out the blue carpet for a star-studded premiere of a new movie about the club's fanatical supporters. Are they stuck in a lift???????

Adam Johnson smiling like a kid and he has every right to be after scoring for England against Switzerland in a Euro qualifier.
Mancini probably had a bad day at the office OR was tired. I guess the former.

Micah Richards also went to the premiere.

Famous City Fan Noel Gallagher would never miss it even if it sucks.

WHHHHHATTTTTTTTTTTT?????? Man City's OWN MOVIE??

The film, Blue Moon Rising documents the highs (owning Chelsea 4-2 at the Bridge) and lows (receiving an 82nd minute smack from Peter Crouch) of City’s first full season under Sheik Mansour, including behind-the-scenes dressing room footage and various interviews with earnest fans, including Noel Gallagher from Oasis.

Originally planned as a made-for-TV thing, Blue Moon Rising has now somehow turned into a limited distribution deal to be shown at selected cinemas from September 17.

The film premieres at the Manchester Printworks this Thursday, and apparently the whole City squad will be turning out for it. On a blue carpet. *sighs and yawns*

Is it me or City trying to hard to become a super star club. I find it pathetic and a bit weird. Maybe my biasness towards the red side of Manchester is making me say this but SERIOUSLY??? Are City THAT desperate?

Premier League Title Race Gets More Exciting!

Chelsea

The Blues suffered a major setback after defeat away to Tottenham Hotspur after Jermain Defoe scored the opener from the penalty spot after John Terry handled in penalty area with Gareth Bale scoring another break after the North-London derby against Arsenal. JT's evening got even worse as he got sent off after receiving a 2nd yellow card. Frank Lampard scored one but could only make it as a consolation goal for Chelsea.
Arsenal

Arsenal's hopes of winning their first title in 5 years have gone to tatters after a defeat to relegation-threatened Wigan after 3 goal by the Lactics in the final 10 minutes after Theo Walcott and Mikael Silvestre scoring from either sides of half time.

Arsène Wenger just loves to kick bottles when disappointed eh?
Thank god nothing like this happened...

Man Utd

After a fortnight that all United fans would wish to forget, living legend Paul Scholes scored a header and his 101th Premier League goal with 20 seconds left on the clock in the Manchester derby. Wayne Rooney also was included in the starting line up with Jonny Evans filling injured Rio Ferdinand's position at the heart of defence partnering alongside Nemanja Vidic.
Close friends Patrice Evra and Carlos Tevez, former devil (btw, they still text each other) battle it out for the ball.
Long Live Scholesy!

The gap between Chelsea and United is just one point with everyone ruling out Arsenal to win it after assuming they would take the tittle due to the easier run-in of the three. Next week, United welcome Spurs, Chelsea take on Stoke and Arsenal host Man City.

Chelsea 2- Manchester City 4

The noisy neighbours of Manchester United did them a huge favour as City defeated Chelsea at Stamford Bridge ending Chelsea's 38 unbeaten home matches since Arsenal in November 2008.

With the Reds involved in Sunday's Carling Cup final, Carlo Ancelotti's side had a chance to go four points clear in the Barclays Premier League. But despite opening the scoring against Manchester City, Chelsea suffered their first home league defeat of the season and finished with nine men following red cards for Juliano Belletti and Michael Ballack.
With City defending superbly , it took Chelsea until the 42nd minute to draw first blood through Frank Lampard. However, the lead lasted only until first-half injury time when former Red Carlos Tevez scored the equaliser.

Craig Bellamy scored at both ends of the second period and Tevez completed his own double when he slotted home a penalty following Belletti's foul on Gareth Barry which also resulted in Beletti shown a straight red. Lampard's second goal in injury time, also a penalty gave Chelsea their second goal.

Wayne Bridge disses John Terry's handshake.

The Man City fans "There's only one Wayne Bridge" in celebration and in support of City's left-back, who declined to shake the hand of former team-mate John Terry before kick-off after the scandal broke.(I am too lazy to talk about it cuz everyone should noe abt it). But everytime Bridge got hold of the ball, Chelsea fans jeered at him and some wearing "Team Terry" shirts.
