Mourinho Jr. Just Like His Daddy
José Mourinho is in love with defensive football. Problem is that it's boring .Daddy is so rhapsodic in his philosophy that his own children seem to like it too.Last week, 10 year old José Jr. made his debut for CD Canillas, a Real Madrid affiliate youth club based in Hortaleza. Guess which position he plays?? GOALKEEPER! José Jr. made three great saves to secure his club's 9-0 demolition of San Roque. But for papa, its the zero that matters the most.

Also in the team, Théo Zidane. Yes, Zinedine's son.

So far, José Jr. has seen on tv at least once when José Sr. won the Champions League with Inter.

Ferdinand Blasts Youth Culture In Football, Used to Shine Redknapp Shoes

"Remember to shine my shoes later, Rio or not you're f***ing fired!!!"
He said in an interview published in The Sun: "Too many lads get their first pro contract and think, 'I am on £500 or £2,000 a week which is a lot of money and I am set up for a lifetime now'.
"Now a lot of the kids are exposed to so much more of the thrills and spills around football.
"They think to themselves, 'if I play a game for the first team all these girls will be after me, I will be invited to all these nightclubs, I will be able to get a new car and buy myself a nice flat".
How Harry Redknapp comes to the picture. Here it goes...
"The thing about cleaning the senior pros' boots is a massive issue and it does my head in. That was one of the best groundings," he insisted.
"Now kids don't even do it. I played a few first team games and still cleaned Harry Redknapp's boots. The kitman does it now."
